About this house rental
For lovers of nature and gastronomy, come and discover our beautiful region of Quercy Midi Pyrénées rich in activities and remarkable sites.
We welcome you to our unique family cottage of 80 m² new, bright, spacious and cool in summer, composed of:
- A living room: dining room, equipped kitchen, with wood stove and television,
- A shower room, toilet,
Upstairs
- A bedroom with a double bed in 160, storage unit,
- A bedroom with 2 single beds, storage unit.
Possibility for the little ones to lend you: 1 high chair, 1 small bed, 1 bottle warmer, 1 BB bath, 1 pot, 1 small table and 2 small garden chairs and a door barrier for the bedroom
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, mixed gas stove, traditional oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine.
The linen is provided: sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, hand towels (except outdoor or pool towels)
Your garden area is composed of a terrace part with parasol, table, chairs, barbecue, as well as a lawn part with relax armchairs.
You can also access the property's swimming pool (4x 8x 1.5), its beach and outdoor games. (ping-pong table, trampoline 3. 6, swing set with swing and tackle, badminton with net, turnball, metal and plastic ball games)
Your environment will be nature and countryside, you will find 2 horses, 2 sheep, a couple of peacocks, chickens, dogs and cats all on several hectares.
We do not accept animals for the welfare of our own

Nearby you can enjoy visiting the region with its cultural and medieval sites: Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Albi, Cahors, Moissac, Montauban, Toulouse ... . As well as the farmers' markets.
For athletes there are: canoeing, hiking or mountain biking, horse riding, fishing., Golf, ski lift

Our gite was peaceful and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and good wifi connectivity even at the swimming pool. We appreciated the freedom to roam in the extensive grounds and to make friends with the dogs and the peacock. Although the property is situated deep in the countryside its location is convenient for visiting the many historical sites and towns in the region, all connected by quiet but excellent roads. Frederic and Anne were helpful and friendly and took great care to ensure that we were comfortable and well-informed about the local attractions.. Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing.

Hôtes très attachants, chaleureux et très attentionnés!
Les animaux sont affectueux et adorables!
Lieux très propres, maison neuve avec tout le charme de la pierre.
Le logement et les équipements sont complets, on se sent chez soi. Tout est mis à disposition, rien ne manque!
Les enfants de tous âges ont de quoi s'occuper! Idéal pour un séjour en famille.
La tranquillité du lieu permet réellement de se ressourcer.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour:
le gite est bien équipé et fonctionnel, il offre une belle piscine pour se rafraichir et de nombreuses activités (ping pong, trampoline)
Frederic est un hôte aux petits soins et les 2 chiens veillent sur la tranquillité de nos nuits.

Super séjour dans un beau gite bien équipé où tout est bien pensé et où il ne manque rien (notamment tout le matériel pour bébé ce qui permet d'alléger la voiture !)
Frédéric et Anne Élisabeth sont charmants, toujours souriants et disponibles.
L'endroit est très calme, la piscine géniale (29 degrés pendant notre séjour), les animaux font le plaisir des petits et la maison reste très fraîche même quand il fait très chaud dehors.
Nous recommandons fortement !
