JOIVY Colorful Studio for 2 near city life

The appartement is very spacious. located in a residential area but you are 10-15 minutes walking from nice commercial areas (Marghera/Belfiore and Tre Torri). The Subways station is very close.

There are many irritants with this booking. All of them are minor but put all together, they made the experience not so enjoyable. - Check-in. They have a check-in system when you arrive that works by mobile app, which requires you to have a data internet connection. This is not very useful for foreigner travelers who they may not have data acces (or it can be very expensive). I wrote to them the day before in order to ask how to deal this issue due to the fact I had connection o l’y in wifi areas. they never replied back, so I had to use data connection which costed me 15$ just for that access. - Check-out. they emailed a schedout process before leaving the apartment. unfortunately the instructions they sent didn’t apply to the specific key locker in the door. so I wrote them to notify we were leaving and just closing the door behind us. They replied with more accurate instructions…. hours after we had already left. - House rules. it would be nice to have some house rule when you arrive at the house. Minimal instruction such as the wifi codes, how to use the heater. to give you an idea, we had to search for the wifi I’d and password behind the router and the password wasn’t customized so it was a long 20 digital codes…. Also they rent an apartment, with stoves and everything. in my experience it’s nice when you have available some minimal essential cooking items such as salt, oils, coffee… - Noise. Other that those elements, the highest issue with this rental was the noise. The insonorisation is practically absent so for the entire three days we heard the neighbor on the apartment close by. every discussion, every movement, especially early in the morning.
