I needed Wi-Fi to work and the Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room so they switched rooms and then the Wi-Fi still dropped in and out of that room. Plus that room smelled extremely musty and there was nothing that could be done.They couldn’t get the air-conditioning working the first night, but they fixed it the second night although it kept shutting off and I woke up, sweating several times. They serve complementary continental breakfast but the only food is bread, they say that standard in Lima, which is untrue because other hotels don’t do that and this isn’t prison why are they serving bread only? When I left my room and went back my card key didn’t work and they kept insisting that it did so after the third time of walking from the third floor to the first they finally came up to fix it. The staff was not rude but not as helpful as they could’ve been. For the money I paid I am very disappointed.
