Location, convenience,

Owner living in the same block, too controlling, she took a photo W her cell phone, of my Passport & I.D, on arrival, had a written note on the back entrance door, that she is entitled & allowed to enter during our absence, to switch off the lights or AC. Weather was cold, we never used the AC. we told her that the water Kettle was stained and internal chamber needed some vinegar to boil & clean, she was a bit annoyed & disturbed, otherwise, the rest was OK.. -Owner should have mentioned clearly that the ""DISH WASHER"" was faulty & not working, she said it when we checked in, no good, we needed a dish washer to clean plates & cups, important reason 4 rental, besides, they have a new building project, digging into rocks, only 50 meters across, was very annoying,

I like the balcony and the location

Unfortunately, there was no air conditioner control in the room and it was not given to us upon our request!
