Very quiet (with windows closed) despite being above a Costcutter (very convenient) and a few doors down from the pub. Secure private parking. Location good for access to Epsom - approx 15 minute walk to the town centre. Communication with property manager was very good; helpful and responsive.

Decor very tired. Carpet definitely needs replacing. Sofa too (very uncomfortable). Needs fresh coat of paint everywhere. No surfaces to place toiletries on in bathroom. Kitchen equipment very basic: poor quality utensils; eight wine glasses but only two cereal bowls, no instructions for using the oven, random selection of tatty magazines and books. Damaged/faded artwork on walls. Sliding shower door regularly came off its hinges and could be a hazard. Definitely take your own toiletries - the shower gel and hand soap provided are very basic. Real shame as this could be a really great apartment with just minimal outlay on refreshing the decor and equipment.

Location and secure parking. 3 'bedroom' option with sofa bed in the lounge. Clean. Nice bedlinen and towels. Mezzanine arrangement worked well. Very useful to have the Costcutter beneath for supplies.

Only 3 mugs in the property - there were 4 of us but we could have been a larger group and would have struggled. It was extremely hot and small opening allowance to windows made it difficult to get cool. Fans were provided but made little difference. The twin bedroom was very small with just enough space for one person to walk down to get into bed. Quite a lot of noise from the pub next door and people walking by. Also a screaming baby in the block - but quite understandable as it sounded young and it was hot. Unfortunately there were roadworks almost directly outside and this was noisy.
