Great location. Short level 10-15 minute walk into centre of Dalyan. Nice pool and clean, well-equipped and attractive house and garden. Ozcan, our local contact, was brilliant and very responsive to questions, both before and during our stay. A couple of minor issues reported to Ozcan were dealt with immediately.
Mattresses a little firm for our liking. Traditional Turkish kettle took a bit of getting used to. A 'house guide' would be useful, although Ozcan is always available if you have questions.

What a beautiful villa , after two weeks did not want to leave . Spotlessly clean , all bedrooms beautiful, lounge and kitchen so nice , as for the patio and gardens so nice , lastly the pool , amazing , sun beds lovely and plenty of shade . Any one looking for a lovely villa I highly recommend the Stone house . Centre of Dalyan a 5min walk . Store to buy food and drink , 10 min stroll , taxi back cost £3 . Fantastic place .
