- Location, can’t beat it, right across from Friday flat which is for beginners and families - the number you call when you have a problem was responsive and helpful - little treats on arrival were nice - nice view of the mountain

I understand we were the first booking so I hate to be harsh but there was a lot we didn’t like unfortunately - communication. We sent two messages asking for advice on where we could possibly park our caravan that were completely ignored. We sent a third about check in time that was replied to immediately - 4pm check in is a bit ridiculous. Codes sent to us had a digit wrong so didn’t work - no bins, no free cupboard to put food in. The only cupboard not in the bedroom to put things is for the owner only - no shower curtain so water goes everywhere. No where to put toiletries - no parking and no wifi - heater was sporadic and kept turning off though they did send an electrician on the second day but it still never got warm like the bedroom did - a lot of handles loose and falling off - they make you download an app to access any info - the worst part for us was the noise of the washing machine and dryer, it’s shared with another apartment and backs right onto the bedroom. It’s loud and our neighbours were washing at 6am. We politely asked them the next day if they could hold off from doing it so early so they did it at midnight instead. We could also hear their kids running around above us. - cheap bedding was uncomfortable and loud every time someone moved, none of us got much sleep. it’s not a serviced hotel it’s more like an airbnb so no room make up or anything Hopefully the owner can attend to some of those issues and it would be a more comfortable stay because for the price you pay you expect things to be far more smooth and comfortable
