Villa Elena provides a staggering 10.000 square meter peaceful garden and olive grove along with 170 square meter of the Villa itself with an Infinity 9x4 m large pool equipped with a Jacuzzi area in it. This Villa features 3 bedrooms, all opened to a terrace, and 3 bathrooms. The air-conditioned accommodation also offers a billiard room, flat-screen TVs, access to free WiFi, dining and living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a seating area.
Villa Elena is a peaceful oasis for relaxation, located amidst picturesque Istrian countryside and the blue Adriatic, next to the former Austro-Hungarian railway line Parenzana which once connected Trieste with Poreč (Parenzo). Today, this old railway trail passes through three countries (Italy, Slovenia and Croatia) and has been turned into a bike and walking trail. The location is ideal for the exploration of the coast towns Poreč and Rovinj and the inland of Istria with its historical towns like Motovun and Grožnjan. The nearest airport is Pula Airport, which is 61 km from the accommodation.

After a warm welcome by Elena and a short tour of the garden and the house, we were completely delighted with everything. The house is fully equipped (towels, spices, washing and cleaning utensils). The garden with the pool looks beautiful and is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The surrounding area is completely quiet with olive trees and vines. Within a short drive by car you could get everything in several stores. Only 100 m next to the house starts the bike path. All in all we had a great vacation and were completely satisfied with the house and the friendly hostess Elena (who gives nice tips for food and other activities). Can be recommended 100%

Es fehlte uns an nichts. Schönes Haus mit Pool, konfortabel und modern eingerichtet, an einer ruhigen Lage mir sehr grossem Garten. Distanz zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (5min) und dem Meer (20min) angenehm. Sehr freundliche Besitzer. Wir haben es sehr genossen!
