The apartment was very clean, had a nice outdoor kitchen and it was close to the beach and bars with an outdoor swimming pool kids liked. It was well equipped (a washing machine as well) with two bedrooms. Beds were comfy. Hosts were helpful.
The terrace faces the road. Luckily the road is not busy.

Location of the property is five minutes walking through the lane to the main Nečujam beach and beach bar. There is also a supermarket very near. We had a parking space. Other beaches are accessible by car. Host was very friendly. Overall it was a great stay for us.
I would only add a hairdryer.
