We liked that the cottage had the two bathrooms which suited our family of 5. Plenty of beds to suit. Also liked that it had all amenities we required. Great communication from hosts.

The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and the interior very nice...the cottage feel that we wanted.
The photos of the outside of the cottage on Booking.com was very misleading. The garden was in need of care and the beautiful big tree out the front was a huge hole in the ground. Three of the five uprights on the front porch that support the roof were rotted out and not attached at all. The front fence and gate were broken in parts, in need of repair and painting. The area is not residential but business/commercial and we actually felt uneasy a few times, especially at night. Inside the cottage was nice and provided everything but I feel the outside and location makes it a disappointing choice.
