We had the entire house. Plenty of room. Fully equiped kitchen with oven and microwave. Good size TV. Rooms were larger than most apartments. Under cover parking for cars. Easy flat walk to town and supermarket.
Location was close to town but in an industrial area. However we had no noise issues.

The use of space. With numerous beds and the configuration it gives the possibility for a large family to stay. Very dog friendly with a big yard. Newly renovated, centrally located.

Location to near by towns
The noise from the hoons up and down the street every night had to leave early. Felt unsafe no security doors easy to break in. Very dusty pulled back curtains all windows covered in cob webs and dust.
