I had a really great experience staying at Hotel Noorjahan Grand in Sylhet! What I liked most was the amazing service and how welcoming and helpful the staff were throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty of delicious options to enjoy in the morning. The room was comfortable, clean, and a great place to relax after a long day of exploring Sylhet. I also really appreciated the parking facility, which made things much easier when traveling by car. Overall, I felt very comfortable during my stay, and the combination of excellent service, tasty breakfast, comfortable rooms, and convenient parking made the experience even better. I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Sylhet!

Overall, my stay at Hotel Noorjahan Grand was okay. The location is excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room cleanliness was good. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The biggest issue was the air conditioning noise. Both nights, I was genuinely worried by the loud sound coming from the AC. It sounded like there might be a problem with the fan or internal mechanism, so I strongly recommend that the hotel service and inspect its AC units properly. Another issue was the lack of soundproofing in the windows, which made outside noise noticeable. The floor tiles were also uneven, and unfortunately, I even broke a nail because of them! 😂 The hot water was another major concern. The temperature felt extremely high, possibly around 120°C or more, and was dangerously hot even when mixed with cold water. The hotel should urgently check and regulate the water temperature to ensure guest safety. The complimentary breakfast was not bad, but the cleanliness and hygiene of the breakfast area and food service could definitely be improved. What I liked: Excellent location, friendly staff, and good room cleanliness. What needs improvement: AC maintenance, soundproof windows, uneven floor tiles, safe hot water temperatures, and better breakfast hygiene. With proper maintenance and more attention to hygiene, Hotel Noorjahan Grand could offer a much better experience. The staff and location are good, but these issues are why I’m giving it 3 stars.
