Location - 250m walk from the beach. Great Seaview. Very clean, comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities, homely touches, friendly helpful staff.

The room was quite small and the bathroom tiny but we knew that when we booked.

The apartment has everything you need, and the small kitchen is actually better equipped than you'd expect from a rental. The bed linen is perfect. There are lots of little decorative touches — paintings, artificial plants, drawings, etc. A lovely small balcony with a beautiful view and comfortable, clean cushioned chairs. There's an iron available in the shared corridor. Parking is convenient — plenty of space, easy access, and the building is easy to find. The location is good — close to Šibenik, shops, and the beach.

All the woodwork is ancient — windows, doors — everything barely does its job. The apartment is right next to a road and very noisy inside. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty and had to be rewashed. One pot in the cupboard hadn't been washed at all after what looked like milk or something similar. The bathroom door wouldn't stay shut and kept sliding open. The soap dish is barely attached to the wall, there are no shelves, and simply nowhere to hang your clothes or a towel when you go for a shower. This apartment is definitely not worth what we paid for it. I wouldn't complain if it cost €70, but not €130 per night. This isn't about unrealistic expectations — for the next two days of our trip, we booked an apartment in the same area, newly renovated, in a quiet location, with a huge terrace, for €100/night. So €130 for this old one is way too much.
