Apartments Mat

First of all, we drove in from Dubrovnik airport 15 minutes drive. The road up to the apartment is steep so be wary and tight, perhaps too tight for bigger cars but with experience or confidence can be tackled. It’s perfect for normal or smaller sized vehicles with drivers with experience. There is an ample free parking at this place so don’t worry about that. The location was impeccable, 5 minutes from a superstore, 5 minutes from the bus stop to old town any yellow bus goes into old town and the number 10 brings you back to this area. Get off and on from infront of subcity mall. 7 minute walk to the beach which is basically nothing honestly and the beach is lovely with a Mountain View. Srebreno is closest but mlini beach is not far maybe 5 minutes more. Clean place with literally everything you could need or think of and an on site host Vinka who was so attentive I loved her and the experience. Anything we needed she was there for and any questions about the area etc she was our go to. I’d wholly recommend coming to this place I think I’ll come back too. It was fairly well priced and for the price what you get is impeccable. The balcony was lovely and it has an AC. Fridge freezer and a stovetop kettle and generally other appliances. A home away from home. If you want to come alone with family friends etc it all works out as the beach is close the rooms are fairly big and there’s buses for every corner of the city. We did a day trip to Cavtat too which is beautiful and nearby 15 minutes by uber or bus. We also did a boat tour blue cave green cave and sandy beach island pickup and drop off from Srebreno pier literally on the beach from the apartment. She has thought of everything needed for an apartment even a lemon squeezer iron hairdryer WiFi I can’t think of more but it’s all there.

Be careful of the steep road up to the place as it was a little terrifying for London drivers to go up and down everyday in the tight steep road. It is 1 road about 25 seconds of driving but still if you’re a shaky driver think twice.

Lokalizacja. Blisko market Konzum mega zaopatrzony, na którym nam zależało bo byliśmy 12 dni, więc trzeba było po prostu żyć normalnym lokalnym życiem. Kontakt z gospodarzami mieszkającymi na parterze jak zwykle miły, ale nie absorbujący. Ogólnie Mlini jako miejsce idealne na city break co zresztą się działo wokół. Lotnisko Cavtat z autobusem nr 10 za 4eu do Dubrovnika co 30min. Mlini w połowie drogi za 2,90. Nie potrzeba na wycieczki nawet rent caru. Tylko apartament i lot. Dużo plaż, żwirowych i dzikich. Ludzi relatywnie mało. Piękna promenada z niezłymi cenami. Polaków mało. Super miejsce dla tych z samochodem na wypad do Bośni i Czarnogóry (choćby Monastyr Ostrog powrót przez zatokę kotorską).

Buen apartamento para estar cerca de Dubrovnik. Mejor localización imposible, a unos minutos andando de la playa de un centro comercial para comprar comida ha venido genial y también cerca de la parada de bus para ir a cualquier lugar. La dueña es súper amable y nos respondió cualquier duda de la ciudad

No se si fue experiencia personal pero los utensilios de la cocina estaban sucios con marca de pinta labios y los platos sucios. Y la cocina es pequeña para maniobrar.

Man konnte vom Balkon aus das Meer sehen. Konnte seine nassen Sachen an der praktischen Wäscheleine aufhängen. Internet funktionierte sehr gut. Bei Problemen oder Fragen konnte man sich an den Vermieter wenden, der gleich im EG wohnt.
