Апартаментът е голям, на добра локация спрямо плажа. Тихо е и спокойно.
Меката мебел е под всяка критика. Усещаш пружините на леглото, не ставаш от сън отпочинал, а с болки в гърба. Диванът като се разпъне и на 4 различни твърдости, също не става ни за сън, ни за почивка. За бебешката кошара също не предоставят матрак. Асансьорът не може да се ползва адекватно, особено ако си с малко дете с количка, тъй като е между етажите. Интернет също на теория има, но като почнеш да го ползваш нищо не зарежда. В градината освен люлка и пейка друго няма. Почистване също няма нито веднъж за едноседмичен престой.

Locația este confortabilă. Există două condiționere, frigider, o mică bucătărie cu cele necesare. Este și lift, deși sunt doar 5 etaje. Există supermarketuri în apropiere: Aldo, T market. Marea e la o distanță acceptabilă 7-8 min. de mers pe jos. Pe plajă există și zonă gratis și zonă cu plată (1 șezlong + umbrelă 10 leva).
Patul din living este acceptabil, dar nu este confortabil ca cel din dormitor. Acest mic neajuns este compensat de confortul asigurat de acest apartament spațios și bine dotat. Are 2 balcoane cu vedere la curtea interioară.
