Wassertemperatur des Pool für mich zu kalt, beim Essen zu wenig Salate und vegetarische Speisen

Die ruhige und gepflegte Anlage mit viel Grün hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Im Premium Mobile Home genießt man viel Privatsphäre und kann wunderbar entspannen. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen – ausgezeichnete Speisen in toller Qualität. Die Lage ist ideal, da sowohl Rovinj als auch mehrere schöne Strände mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto schnell erreichbar sind.

Das Mobile Home hätte bei der Ankunft sauberer sein können. Das WLAN war nur im Mobile Home verfügbar und zudem recht instabil. Die Fotos der Anlage wirken etwas hochwertiger als die Realität. Außerdem gab es einige kleinere Mängel wie lockere Armaturen oder beschädigtes Holz auf der Terrasse, die behoben werden sollten. Die Getränke am Pool fanden wir eher hochpreisig.

We had a stay for 2 nights. The jacuzzi was ice cold when we arrived. After asking reception they told us it takes 1 hour per degree to warm up. Then finally the next morning we had warm water. And then when we came back from the beach the water was ice cold again, apparently water was cleaned but the jacuzzi was not put on again. When we talked to the reception they were not understanding at all. so we only had warm water the next morning again when we had to check out at 10.00. so tip for the reception is to put the jacuzzi on before someone arrives or at least at 30 degrees and not 20. Nobody likes an ice cold jacuzzi
