Perfect location, close to the train station, super clean and more spacious than expected with a bonus balcony where we enjoyed a lunch with wine.
Although hosts didn't speak English and I dont speak Italian we understood one another well.
They have lots of touches that make it fabulous including a QR code to a welcome guide with allvyou need to know, , mood/low lighting and very tasty candies at a reception desk.
I highly recommend this location.
I was just a tiny bit disappointed with breakfast. I had asked about gluten free when booking which was not there the first day but was on the second. I say tiny bit because there was yogurt, a fresh fruit bowl with lots of choice and so many types of tea to choose from. My non celiac hubby was happy with the breakfast and our host made fabulous cappuccino.

We stayed at SuiteIris during a visit to Cassino to watch the World University Cross Country running championships. SuiteIris was well-located for getting to/from the University, as well as walking to good restaurants and other amenities in the central core of the city. The family who run SuiteIris were very friendly and helpful, and their B&B had all the necessities and comforts. It was clean and the hosts were easy to reach by WhatsApp.

The room was lovely and big with a comfy bed. The owner was very responsive. There is parking with a small charge right in front of the apartment block.
The breakfast was fairly basic but there is a lovely bakery across the road. We initially struggled to find the apartment as it is in a block on a main road but once we read the instructions carefully we were able to find it without a problem.
