everything was amazing, kind people and nice breakfast at locanda's restaurant. the gym is very well equipped and they have a nice indoor pool and jaccuzi. I like that they have a high level of security and big parking for cars

Quite tidy
Overall hospitality was lowkey for the price, breakfast needs improvements like serving actual juice and not artificially flavored yellow drink. The roof on the 6th floor was leaking water into the lounge space. There were no tea bags in the rooms even though there was a pot. It's all these smaller things that together create the mediocre feel.
