Excellent stay - enjoyed the ambience

Location was excellent - easily accessible to everything. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Quiet, cosy, charming apartment that had everything required.

Exceptional

It is a 2 room apartment in a cosy old-style house good renovated and furnished, with much care to details. We had everything what was needed. The owners sell also their own wine, of high quality up to my taste, for quite modest prices. We were there before beginning of the season. It was a very quiet place with nice nature around. It is good connected by a small local train and buses to other small towns nearby.

If I have to invent some drawbacks then perhaps the only is that, before the beginning of the season, there are not so many possibilities to get food in this small town. As far as I got, the only bakery was closed for some renovation exactly in the week of our visit. I took the local train (10 min. to the station, 5 min. in the train) to reach a supermarket in the next town of Bullay. One can try also the train in the opposite direction and supermarkets in Traben-Trarbach.

What a warm apartment!

The location is very good, close enough to access some towns align Mosel river easily. The environment is quiet so we had good sleep during the night. The trail in Reil is amazing with wonderful view from the mountain. The host owns a winery and gave us a trip to show the prices of wine making and tested some wines.

To have a wifi can be better but not must to have.

Einfach schnuckelig und fast familiär!

Schön ruhige Lage inmitten der Altstadt; die Ferienwohnung selbst beschreibe ich als urig-rustikal und recht gemütlich. Hervor zu heben sind die vom Vermieter selbst erzeugten sehr angenehmen Weine, etwas für Genießer.

Ruhig und entspannt wenn man keine Nachbarn hat.

Die Wohnung ist mit allen notwendigen Sachen eingerichtet und hatte auch zusätzlich solche Kleinigkeiten wie Blumenstrauß auf dem Tisch, Kerzen, Bücher und Brettspiele. Der Fernseher war ein bisschen alt und deshalb (zum Glück) haben wir ihn auch nicht geguckt. Aber sonst liegt die Wohnung nah an Bahnstation und den Lokalen, die im Oktober noch auf haben (zum Beispiel ein kleines in der Nähe mit leckerem Flammkuchen). Man kann auch in der Wohnung kochen, wir haben sie aber nur für Frühstück genutzt, für 2 Personen gibt es mehr als genug Geschirr und Geräte, über den Toaster haben wir uns gefreut.

Im Wohnzimmer stecken Nägel vom Holzboden, barfuß würde ich in dem Zimmer nicht laufen. Außerdem wenn jemand in der Wohnung oben ist und Party macht, wird es sehr laut, deshalb würde ich diese Wohnung nur dann buchen, wenn ich in dem Haus mit mir bekannten Personen bin, sonst ist es nicht mehr ruhig und entspannt.

Top Unterkunft direkt an der Mosel

Sehr nette Begrüßung. Unterkunft sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Nicht weit von der Mosel entfernt und leckere Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Auch an der Mosel ein kleines Ständchen mit Getränken, Eis und sogar kleinen Mahlzeiten.

Ein nettes Quartier für ein paar Tage an der Mosel

Die Lage war gut, und das alte Häuschen besass Charme

Da meine Frau generell Probleme mit Treppen hat, wäre die kleine Einheit im Parterre für sie einfacher gewesen - es war jedoch vorher nicht festzustellen, dass das Häuschen aus 2 Einheiten besteht; allerdings kein ernsthaftes Problem!
