The ambience.
The location.
Friendliness of the security in charge who was also the caretaker when the two managers were not present.
The Chef was very good and friendly.
The housekeeping staff.
The maintenance of the rooms.
Fridge was moldy and not working.
Toilet seat was broken.
TV was not working. It said that subscription not paid.
Screen of TV was broken and display had lines.
Both were not fixed even after intimation to the lady who was managing the front desk.
Room had paint peeling off at several places.
Shower door gasket was moldy and damaged.
The lady at the front desk could be more friendly and hospitable. Did not smile much and had a bossy demeanor with the guests.

A peaceful haven in one of the best areas of Kolkata. Lovely rooms and a quiet plant filled courtyard.
