Great location, clean and cosy. The host was very kind.

The apartment is set in the lower floor of an independent house. The location on booking.com is accurate. The area is very calm both during the day and at night. The place is so calm we saw twice a hare strolling around. The city centre of Rab is about 10-15min walking distance. At about 5min walk you have two great restaurants that were suggested by the owners: Palit and Nada. Also 5min walking to a large supermarket nearby. Easy to reach wherever you are on the island even only to go rest a bit in the middle of the day. At night there is almost no light pollution so you can admire stars from the garden. Every day we spent some time on the large terrace. Whatever was missing in the apartment was quickly provided by the hosts which were very discrete and we almost didn't see them despite living right next to us. They also welcomed us with a welcome refreshment with food and drinks. We received more towels than needed on daily basis and we were told we could use the washing machine for free any time. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. Two toilets, one en-suite with shower and one separate with bath. There is no need for air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped, the large living room looked inviting, we just preferred to spend our time out for most of the 3 days we were there. Quick check-in and check-out, good wifi, free parking space for multiple cars if needed. Definitely recommended and definitely our choice if/when we will go back to Rab.

We didn't feel any particular need and we were expressly told that if we missed anything we could just ask for it so these are just a few specifications for those booking the place and suggestions for the owners, not complaints at all. The only thing we felt was missing were some blinds/shades in the big room, as the window there faces East and there is a lot of light in the morning. Air conditioning is not needed. Wifi doesn't reach well one of the rooms but it is still good everywhere else. Mosquito nets might be good but not really necessary for the 2 mosquitos we saw in 3 days. Nice to have and easy to add in the apartment: a frying pan and a draining board for the dishes in the kitchen, additional small lamps on the side of the bed, additional small bins for trash in both the rooms and the toilets, shower curtains. Despite these notes, we confirm the 10 for facilities and the global 10 for the place itself!
