Staff was very friendly, and the rooms were very cozy, although the communal space was a bit small. Moiwa Ski Resort is basically outside the door and the daily shuttle bus to annupuri resort was good as well.

Beautiful building and check in staff full of knowledge. Hot showers and great boot room.
I was very disappointed. My first bed had a bare wire right by my head. Very noisy and beds thin and uncomfortable.
