Fantastic views out to the ocean from the property - amazing sunsets and sunrises. Large balcony and deck area, including a barbeque, and a spacious kitchen/dining/lounge area. Very close to Sa Tuna - the best beach in the region, if not the whole of Spain. Great base for visiting other towns and beaches in the area if you have a car. Plenty of parking near the property. Large swimming pool. Excellent property management team.

Although the owners cannot influence the weather, they can prepare for it. Only one fan is provided in the whole property and with temperatures on the upper floors exceeding 28c every night, this single fan was not enough to keep us cool. As all bedrooms are on the upper floor, for safety reasons we couldn't leave the windows open in the kids room. In the adult room we wouldn't leave the window open due to mosquitos. This meant no one slept well throughout the entire stay = grumpy kids and parents. I fear more vulnerable people could suffer sleeping in such hot conditions. Either more fans should be provided, air conditioning installed, or at the very very least - mosquito nets/screens should be installed so that windows could be left open overnight. The property was also lacking some basic equipment which you would normally find in established rental properties. For example shampoo and soap, an oven tray (to cook pizzas etc), a grater, dishwasher soap, dish-drying towels, a dish draining board etc. Would also benefit from some more comfortable seating in the lounge area and access to a vacuum to help keep the tiled floors tidy during the stay. A car is also a must because the keys must be collected and returned from the property manager's office located several kms (and steep hills) away in Begur, whilst the surrounding roads are narrow and the terrain very demanding.
