La posizione della casa, estremamente centrale, ma tranquilla.
Miglioreremmo le dotazioni essenziali (es. in cucina mancavano strofinacci, le posate erano "contate",....)

La ubicación y la atención del concierge Marco, la propiedad tiene un gran potencial, pero le falta un poco de calidez y cariño para volverla en una experiencia inolvidable.
No está nada mal, son solo pequeños detalles los que faltan y harían la diferencia.
Las camas individuales no eran cómodas, falta extractor en el baño, baldosas de regadera necesitan limpieza profunda, algunos focos fundidos, telarañas en el candil de la recamara principal, manchas de moho por humedad en el baño por la falta de extractor. Hay cafetera pero no hay café.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación, realmente está en el centro de Sorrento, cerca de restoranes, comercio, estación de trenes, buses y de las embarcaciones marinas. El departamento está bien equipo para dos personas, es amplio y cómodo, el sistema de clima funciona muy bien. (Fuimos en invierno y no pasamos frío).
Lo que menos nos gustó, fue la grifería de la ducha, que está un poco vieja y tapada con sarro lo que impide que el agua salga de manera suave, sobre todo en la ducha. También en algunas ocaciones se siente mal olor de las tuberías del baño. Y por último, sucede algo muy extraño que no sabemos si es responsabilidad del departamento es que el agua sale con olor a claro.

The location to the town square. The rental was large and spacious. It had a great espresso machine, one decent flat label TV and a second not so good TV, and a washer/dryer. It was a modern looking place.
The AC was not working in the entire place. The AC unit had a fan malfunction and our entire 3 day stay the host lied to us about coming over to fix it. We were very hot the entire time. The dryer worked but it was extremely hot even on its lowest setting 15 min. The clothes were burning hot to the touch. The clothes came out super wrinkled.
