Posto fantastico,sembra di essere in una residenza inglese con tutto quel verde e il rumore del ruscello in sottofondo. Sotto all'appartamento la norcineria più bella che io abbia mai visto...voto 10 ❤

it is a house in the middle of the touscany moutains very comfortable and with enough space
it is placed on the top of a "norcineria" with restaurant. unfortunately the bed room has windows in front of the chimney of the Restaurant Kitchen and all the smoke enter in the room.

perfect for a family with 2 kids, but can take up to 4 adults and 2 kinds (or 2 more short adults). if you use the living room couch.
Kitchen has everything for cooking.
tip: there is a store, near the church, but it is open working days from 8:00 till 12:30
The first floor restaurant works Friday evening and Saturday Sunday.
bus tickets are available in the near by town 2 km down in a Tabacceria.
Wi-Fi is not that strong but it works 👌

- it is very near to spots for climbing, cycling and hiking
- the very good restaurant downstair(dont forget to make a reservation)
- compared to other it is way too expensive
- noise and smoke of the Restaurant downstairs(in the same building)
- all day noise of a generator or compressor(after 3 days of stay you are used to it)
- no WiFi, although it was in the discription. Usually no problem, however there is terrible mobile Network coverage
- nice backyard, unfortunately the chairs and the garden were not maintained
