Protaras Sirina Waterfront Villa

We had mixed feelings about our stay. On the positive side, the house itself is wonderful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, with beautiful views and a lovely atmosphere. The property is well-equipped, comfortable, and overall a great place to spend a holiday. We genuinely enjoyed the house and would gladly return.

The property is located next to a beach club that played extremely loud music from Friday through Sunday, starting in the morning and continuing until 2–3 AM. The noise level appeared to exceed the legally permitted daytime and nighttime limits (well above the typical residential limit of around 55 dB during the day and 45 dB at night). The music was so loud that we had to raise our voices and almost shout to have a conversation inside the house with the doors and windows closed. When we contacted the hosts, their response was that this is a holiday destination, music is normal, the event would end on Sunday, and that we could call the police if we wished. While they responded promptly, the issue itself was not resolved. There were also two minor maintenance issues: the gas was not working properly, and although we were told someone would come to fix it, nobody arrived. We also could not find the hairdryer, despite being told it was in the house, and eventually had to borrow one from a neighbor. These were relatively small inconveniences compared to the noise problem. This is genuinely a fantastic property, and under different circumstances we would happily stay here every year. However, if you are looking for a relaxing holiday, need a good night's sleep, work remotely, or are traveling with children, you should be aware that the noise from the beach club may make that very difficult during events.

Fully equipped house near the beach, we especially enjoyed the seaview and the barbecue. Quiet area with good infrastructure nearby. The guest manager was very friendly, explained everything on site and provided helpful hints for our stay. Perfect for families with kids, we would definitely go there again!
