Family friendly and very sufficient for big groups due to easy sleeping arrangements and lots of mattress. Villa staff Mang Aep is very helpful with providing everything that we need. Karaoke speaker and mic is a very good addition to the villa for family entertainment. Water gallon and cooking gas is provided by the villa.
Very old TV and fridge, TV antenna also very bad, hot water only work sometimes. If family plan to cook a lot at the villa better to bring own kitchen utensils (very few provided from the villa). Perhaps additional DVD player would be great and provided more games or playground for kids. Not much to see for the view around the villa.
