Location of the apartments is very convenient, it's very quiet, lot of shops and supermarkets, close to city center. Ivana did a great presentation of the city upon arrival, so you definitely get all needed information.
The apartments were super comfortable, you can find absolutely everything you need to. Special note regarding beds - they are veeeery comfortable 🙂
Highly recommended to everyone!

We rent an apartment on a second floor and it has nice terrace. There was also a separate room with kids toy what was a really great surprise for us from the host :) Our little daughter was completely occupied during the whole stay. The house is located in calm district not far from the beach, there is a shop in a walking distance and several bakeries nearby which has tasty Croatian specialities for the breakfast. Beach Karma we liked most of all among town beaches. It is the cleanest and not overcrowded. There is also sand beach in 20 minutes drive by the car - Bilotinjak - which is comfortable for small children. The host Ivana is very kind and responsive person who are ready to solve any issue of guests. She is helping with advices where to go in Zadar, which beaches are better, helps to book the most exciting excursion.
There was a road reconstruction nearby which should be finished soon but what was nice from the host side that she has informed us in advance about this small inconvenience.

Top locatie , paar minutjes lopen naar strand en stad was heel dichtbij.
De fotos zijn helemaal anders dan de waarheid. De faciliteiten koppen niet want de wasmachine moet je delen met andere gasten en je mag de droger niet gebruiken, overal was er onveilige elektriciteit kabels, er stond dat er twee wc's waren maar er was maar een in de badkamer, er stond ook dat er een barbecue was maar het is heel vies en niet gemaakt om het te gebruiken voor eten gelukkig badden we onze eigen mee, het was heel krap de plafonden waren heel laag ongeveer 1,80 meter de deuren waren ook heel laag, het is heel warm er staat dat er airco zijn maar er is maar eentje in de slaapkamer, er was een kamer met oude speelgoed maar je kon niet eens daar spelen omdat het heel erg stonk, de huis stonk heel erg toen we aankwamen en het was echt te duur. De parasol op de balkon was te klein het was alleen maar voor decoratie. Er was maar een bed en daarnaast waren er twee slaapbanken. De slaapbanken waren heel oud en vies. Je kon ze niet eens allebei gebruiken omdat er niet genoeg plaats was. Het past helemaal niet voor 5 mensen ik zou maximaal 3 mensen zeggen. En het is heel duur zou daar nooit meer gaan.
