For American travelers: FYI, this a a multi-level guest house. I stayed on the 1st floor. There was a separate bedroom, toilet room and bathroom. Key's were given for each room. All were private. However, the kitchen, which is on the second floor, is shared. But it is a full kitchen with full dinner table and you can sit there and eat if need be. Top floor has washer and you must hang dry.
Floor in bedroom was a little dusty, but everything overall was clean and acceptable. Communication with owner via app is fast and helpful. Would stay in this guest house again.
