Park Beach Retreat

The location was fabulous. Views to die for. Communication was excellent. Facilities very good .

Unfortunately the warm/cool heat pump aircon was broken before my stay. So my only form of heating was the wood fired heater. That was lovely and kept the place cozy but I needed to be on guard through the night to keep it going… being a bit of a novice re wood fire heaters that made me a wee bit anxious but it all worked out well…..

Fantastic property with everything you could ever need. The owners have thought of everything. The kitchen is well equipped, great to have a washing machine and the view is amazing. Location is good for exploring Tasmania. I was sad to leave.

I feel the BBQ should not be in amongst the bins, perhaps separate them.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with stunning views of Tiger Head Bay. The views are spectacular.

Location, fireplace, style and layout was beautiful. Bed was comfortable and easy instructions to locate the property and get access.

The main air-conditioning/heating unit was not working, meaning the fireplace was the main way to warm the house. This was ok but kept us awake during the night. The hot water ran out and my husband had to get dressed, go out in the cold at 8pm and swap over two LPG gas bottles, as the current two were empty. The plug for one gas bottle was brittle and snapped off, meaning he had to get tools and utensils from the kitchen to try and Jimmy the plug out. The hot water did work then. We also did not like having the main access to the property through the toilet. Being able to open one of the other 3 or 4 doors to the house would have been preferred.
