Die Lage ist sehr gut. Gute deutsche Bäckerei nebenan. Zum Strand wenige Schritte und zu Geschäften und Restaurants. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett. Das Haus ist sicher und gepflegt. Die Küche ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet, man hat wirklich Platz um was zu kochen.

We just came home after 4 weeks vacation in Las Palmas. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment December 2025- January 2026. The apartment is very near to the beach, the super Dino and Mercado del Puerto easy to find what you need in terms of food cooking. Very nice and accessible for everything. The apartment is easy to clean and we have everything we need for cooking. Tomas the owner of the apartment was very helpful, very kind he picked up us from airport and drove us from the apartment to the airport.

What we don’t like was just the noise outside the restaurants , which is normal if you are in the middle of tourist place, and it’s Christmas season.

Der nette und bemühte Vermieter, der Komfort und generell die super Ausstattung, genauso wie die Lage (50m zum Strand Las Canteras). Zur großen Freude meiner Frau war gegenüber eine Muckibude mit vielen muskulösen Typen :-)

Perfect location, really easy to get to via bus from the airport and so close to the lovely canteras beach. We didn’t end up using it but having the option to cook for ourselves with the kitchen was nice! We also used the washing machine once for a load of clothes which was very handy. The host was super lovely and welcoming and agreed to a last minute change of us checking out 1 hour later. Nice supermarket around the corner aswell as plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes.

A bit dark in the apartment as only the bedroom had windows and you could be seen easily from a busy gym across at the same level. But overall we spent 90% of our time outside the apartment so it didn’t really bother us. Great place to stay.
