Basic, clean with all main facilities e.g fridge, microwave and kettle in the room. There was hot water for shower which was a big plus for me. Staff are very respectful, as a female solo traveller, I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all.
Better soundproofing needed, as I had difficulty sleeping due to the continuous traffic on the road

Good breakfast.
No computer working. Credit card system not working. Asked for cash. Preferred room service but waited 2 hours. Short staffed. Small room next to eating area smells of moth balls. Our bookings weren’t in their system.
