The best of the apartment are the views, the owners, and free parking.
We were really surprised with the beds. they are really old and uncomfortable. We needed to change our first option because it was not possible to sleep at all on it. Our small kids had no problems because they are light. Really noisy, even you can feel the iron inside. We know the Croatian market and prices, but those mattresses are unacceptable. We woke up with the bag all broken.
The kitchen is quite new compared to the rest of the apartment, but it has really low equipment. No owen, microwaves, toaster, boiler, coffe maker (scouring pad!). The on/off switch is behind the fridge. You need to be really careful not to touch all the wires of the fridge, which, by the way, were really hot.
We really think the price is overwhelming the offer.

Location of the house was very good, really close to the beach. There was beautiful sea view from the terrace, rooms were spaceous and comfortable. Each apartment has it's own entrance, parking is in front of the house, separated from the road by the fence. There is also a common terrace with a big table and a fire place which can be used by all of the guests.
There are no cons from our side regarding the accomodation. The only thing we missed a bit was a sidewalk on the main road which leads towards the city centre but this is not in the domain of the house owner.
