Victoria Court Apartment, Cape Town

We loved the complex, the security, the spaciousness of the apartment, #110, up one flight of stairs. Light and airy, you can't beat high ceilings. The kitchen had full size appliances, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious, however no where to put toiletries for two people, and no luggage racks in the bedroom Happy to have had a washer, but detergent would have been a bonus, travelers don't carry these things. It was nice having coffee, tea sugar and a kettle. And it's a great location. Other than some plumbing issues, we had a good stay here.

Suggestions to make it even better for travelers. But shouldn't be considered a deal breaker. Simply an awareness, especially for the price. I have made the owner aware of this. Shower gets all over the floor. And with the water pressure being so strong. That's a lot of water. The tub is deep. For us it was challenging to step out with nothing to hold on too. The living room is a bit stark. And could use another side table. Instructions for the TV. A luggage rack in the bedroom. Obviously the shower. Paper towels and washing machine soap. All minor things. It gets warm at night, there's no AC. It's pleasant in the daytime with the windows open, but we close them at night because of mosquitos. But it's not unbearable.

Secure, big apartment, beautiful building and gardens, well equipped kitchen and good location.

A heater could come in handy for the cooler nights, an extra lamp & tv reception (although the latter didn’t really bother me)

The facilities, the location, the rooms and everything! Was exceptional. Loved everything about the place, definitely coming back.

The staff, not all of them but the lady who comes to takes the keys on checking out day. She was bit rude as on my booking the checking out was 11am but then she told me I was supposed to be out on 10am which wasn't communicated with me on the checking in day because I was aiming for 11am that was given to me.
