A lovely bright cheerful apartment on a quiet complex with a nice pool, near a lovely shopping center with nice shops & restaurants. Donatella the owner was so kind & helpful & could not do enough for us. Thank you 🤗

Just a little bit of a walk to the centre

Krásné čisté a voňavé ubytování. Vybavení apartmánu bylo nadstandardní - příjemné matrace a stropní větrák, krásná koupelna kde nechyběl fén, v kuchyni dostatečně velká lednice, pračka, kávovar, mikrovlnná trouba, varná deska. Apartmán se nachází v uzavřeném komplexu, kde je krásný bazén s lehátky a naprostý klid. O celý areál i apartmán je velmi dobře postaráno. Hned u komplexu je parkoviště s dostatečným počtem parkovacích míst a v okolí se nachází obchody, restaurace, a v docházkové vzdálenosti procházkou po pobřeží se pohodlně dostanete i do centra města. Hostitelka Donatella byla velice milá a nápomocná. Určitě se chceme vrátit!

Das Apartment liegt in einer ehemaligen Hotelanlage mit Apartments, die teilweise privat bewohnt werden und daher herrscht allgemein eine nette, familiäre und vor allem ruhige Atmosphäre. Auch an dem großen Pool ist nicht viel los und es gibt ausreichend Sonnenliegen. Zudem ist die Terrasse nur wenige Meter vom Pool entfernt. Es ist schön, dass man auf der Terrasse sitzen und frühstücken kann. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum mit einem Hiperdino, kleinen Lädchen und guten Restaurants. Außerdem ist der Stadtkern von Corralejo gut zu Fuß (ca. 20 min) zu erreichen. Das Apartment wurde gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und meiner Meinung nach fehlt nichts. Besonders die Waschmaschine, die Kaffeemaschine, die Ventilatoren und die tolle Dusche sind nett - uns fehlte es somit an nichts! Der Wechsel der Bettlaken und Handtücher nach einer Woche verlief problemlos. Besonders toll ist Donnatella, die sich bei Fragen bereits im Vorfeld schnell meldete und sehr herzlich ist. Bei Problemen hätte ich mich direkt an sie wenden können. Wir konnten nach Rücksprache mit ihr sogar eine Stunde später auschecken.

Apartment itself was very nice and recently renovated. Kitchen was well stocked and shower was great. Pool was lovely and besides one other couple we generally had it to ourselves. Very quiet complex which suited us but might not be to everyone’s liking. Apartment was very convenient (5 min walk) to the supermarket and Campanario centre. Donatella was very attentive and was lovely to deal with. She did explain that they were in the process of renovating the complex and if it was in better repair I would have given it a higher score but sadly it let it down.

WiFi was dreadfully slow. Complex was very dated and looked very run down. Sun beds badly need updating. No air conditioning which was badly missed - fans supplied but not as good as ac. Topper on mattress was too thick and too soft (think it was memory foam) which led to one being very hot at nighttime. Cock roaches outside apartment (thankfully) were a worry. Sun terrace was very small with room only for table, four chairs and washing rack.
