The place is neat and well-maintained, conveniently located near shops, with an orderly surroundings and a lovely mountain view.
The outdoor area could be better maintained. The property may not be the most suitable option for families who enjoy cooking during their stay. In addition, the 11:00 AM checkout time felt a little rushed.

Vast spacious living enough for approximately 2 average families. Quiet area with not a lot of distractions, which made it peaceful.
Might be a little too peaceful. The neighborhood had a lot of properties that seemed unoccupied or abandoned. When we visited, the kitchen lacked utensils like a knife or scissors so you would have to bring your own. Also, there are a lot of small things that are broken, such as one of the floor pieces detached from the second floor and the shower-head holder in the master bedroom that is broken. Would recommend the owner to touch up a little here and there before the next guests.

The deposit was refunded promptly
Need to pay rm300 for the deposit before check in (Did not mention on Booking.com). The owner @ agent was slow in providing information before check-in. We had to save their number ourselves and contact them first to ask for the check-in details.
They also didn’t provide a towel & only have a basic toiletries. There were too many rules & requirements to follow
