Apartment Iva

The place of the apartment is great, the apartment is spacious with a very big kitchen and almost everything you need! The yard was fantastic and you could do anything you want such as eat, drink and even grill your own food! Also the apartment is 1.5 hour from the Plitvice Park and 10 mins from Karlovac City!

I didn't like some cobwebs i had to clean in the house (it's a bit normal when in the country side) and some little dust in the bathroom was not cleaned next to the washing machine. Generally i would book again the apartment for a 5 day accommodation and spend time next to the River!

Very friendly staff, nice apartment, quite spacious. It also has e little terrace. The location is great, nearby the campsite and river which you can enjoy. Nice restaurants around the corner. Private parking was good.

Lovely hosts and perfect cottage for a getaway trip for two people. It's small but cozy and has everything you need.

Nice location close to the camp and a river. Rustic feel of the house with wooden walls and beams and a lovely garden with a spacious yard which is unfortunately not used to its potential (for the guests) at all, in our opinion.

Owners of the house are living in the house and in the room next to you. We were not aware of this and were surprised to see this as we arrived. The doors of their room are open most of the times (without any obvious reason) and you can hear them as they speak and watch tv which can be annoying. Kitchen leaves a lot to be desired. Both in a sense of obsolete and old as well as not so clean. The apartment has a lot of potential which is not used but could be. With a few not so expensive and difficult improvements the apartment could increase its potential as well as the price. Improvements like: a garden lounge furniture on a grass with a couple of parasols, more attention to details regarding the cleaning and a kitchen equipment as well as upgraded furniture.
