Very spacious property in a nice attractive building, the apartment was larger than it looked on pictures. Beautiful large bathtub upstairs and comfortable bedroom space, also the outdoor terrace was particularly nice. Host included many useful items within the property - toiletries etc. Bathroom on each level was great. Great pizza place on the courtyard with great coffee. The host dropped us off water which was a nice touch.

Kitchen area could have been slightly cleaner, including kitchen drawers/sink area. Kitchen utilities also not the cleanest. 20 minute walk to nearest subway station. Actual number of apartment should be advertised on the booking or sent by the host, rather than just the building name, as it can be confusing trying to find the correct apartment when first checking in.

We stayed for 2 nights only and it was a lovely stay. I absolutely loved the furniture and design of the apartment, it’s beautiful and makes you feel at home. If you’re staying for more than we did this apartment would be goals because it literally has everything, from kitchen supplies to cleaning to supplies, shampoos, soaps, towels, two smart TVs, two bathrooms and a very cute balcony, and a plus is also free parking around the apartment complex. Ana the host was very friendly and helpful. Something to keep in mind is that it’s a 25-30 minutes drive to the center. The neighborhood is very quite and calm.

I don’t recall anything I didn’t like honestly

there was a great pizzeria right under our apartment, it was very convenient. The bathroom also had a nice 2 person bathtub that we don't see often in other apartments. It was particularly fun for the kids.

The accommodation did not feel as luxurious as expected, as many elements seemed somewhat outdated. Some of the faucets were loose and showed signs of wear. From a safety perspective, the apartment is not ideal for families with small children. The upper floor, in particular, did not feel safe: due to the sloped roof, the stair guard rail only extends partway, leaving an open section at the highest point. This gap could easily be accessed by young children and poses a risk of falling.

Maisonettewohnung mit genug Platz für 2 oder sogar 4 Personen. Viel Stauraum, Balkon mit Tisch und 1 Stuhl. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer total schön umgebauten Papierfabrik. Schönes Anwesen, bei dem man denkt, es sei ruhig, da auch weit ab von Tourismus.

Die Wohnung gerade nebenan wird total saniert. Unsere Anreise war Donnerstagabend und Freitagmorgen ging's um 08:30 (+/-) los mit den Bauarbeiten. Wir haben Ana sofort verständigt, natürlich wusste sie davon, geht ja schon seit dem 15.09. und wird bis 31.12.2025 dauern. Nun ja, ab in die Stadt, deswegen sind wir ja in Mailand. Leider ging's am Samstagmorgen genauso weiter - das ist echt nicht in Ordnung! Ana hat sich zwar bemüht die Bauarbeiten am Samstag zu stoppen, aber sie sollten zumindest in der Anzeige erwähnt werden (Mo-Fr 08:30-18:00 oder so ähnlich) und "Ruhezeiten" auch mit dem Besitzer der Wohnung abklären. Das Kühlschranklicht ist defekt, bzw. Birne fehlt. Töpfe, Pfannen schmierig, allg. Küche zwar gut ausgestattet, aber alles etwas unsauber. Wassertank der Nespresso Maschine verkalkt mit übel riechendem Restwasser, das gleiche für den Wasserkocher. Der "Whirlpool" ist eine übergrosse Badewanne. Parkplätze hat's genügend, der Bus nach Mailand fährt fast direkt vor der Türe ab (nicht genutzt, da mit Auto unterwegs).
