my stay at villa begonia was truly an amazing experience. fell in love with the location. very serene, peaceful and quiet. a lovely villa which we were lucky ones as it was just me and my partner. our rooms were very clean and cozy. breakfast was truly one of the best. a beautiful English breakfast with a few Sri Lankan dishes on the side as well which we both really enjoyed! the host was a lovely lady who was very friendly and kind. we did also request dinner at the property and we were able to have a beautiful candlelight dinner which was specifically arranged by them.
We will be visiting Sri Lanka again in August 2026 and we will surely have a few days in Kandy and surely be staying here!
there was nothing that we didnt like.everything was of our desire. we were very happy.

Our host, Dilani, was amazing.. She had shoes for the garden and another for the staying yard. When I saw that I remembered my mother and how she is careful for the little details. Dilani reminded me of my mother once again when she served us the breakfast. She served nutritious, delicious and full of love food. Dilani and her lovely family had us for two nights and they showed the absolute meaning of generosity and hospitality. My children fell in love with their kindness.
