Comfortable if a little dated and needs maintenance work to be fully useable.

The apartment provided basic comforts and was very close to the bus that takes you to the Old Town. Also just 10 min walk from the central interstate bus depot.

The apartment needs maintenance. Most of The outside widow and door shutters opening/closing devices were broken so they could not be opened to let light and fresh air into the apartment. The lock on the main bedroom door to the balcony was broken and the door could not be locked creating a possible security issue. The plug device on the bathroom sink was broken and the sink could not be unplugged to let out soapy water. We had to ladle it out so we could use it with fresh water. The hand held shower rose doesn't have a hook to hang it on. So you need to hold it while having a shower which is rather inconvenient. It was advertised as having Satellite Channels but this was not the case. The apartment is furnished with rather old furniture and has an old feel. The towels were very thin and old. It is also located in a less attractive part of town.

Not perfect, but not bad either. More than enough for a short stay

Lot's of space, big kitchen and rooms. Has AC, but sadly not on the bedrooms.

One of the bedrooms doesn't have any light blocking, so if the sun comes up at 6am that's when you wake up. Luckily we didn't need it since it was hot, but there weren't enough bed sheets and some of them weren't very very clean, as well as some of the pillows

Appartement spacieux avec cuisine équipée (four, micro ondes, frigo congélateur), quelques aliments (cacao, sucre, café, gâteaux et bonbons), jolie décoration. Lits confortables, linge de bain et de lit fourni. Climatisation dans le salon, télévision. Sèche cheveux et produits de douche, lave linge dans la salle de bain. Balcon et place de parking devant la maison.

Prévoyez de demander à l'avance à la propriétaire, via messagerie Booking (car ne répond pas au téléphone), échanges très factuels, le code de la boite à clés. Climatisation bruyante. Logement excentré, prévoir 7 euros de l'heure pour le parking d'entrée de ville. Sinon pour les plus courageux, on l'a fait, 40 mn de marche à pied pour atteindre la vieille ville. Pensez à acheter le Dubrovnik pass pour 40 euros, économique pour les visites de la ville. Manque un double rideau dans la chambre exposée au soleil. La porte fenêtre de la chambre de gauche ne ferme pas correctement. Casseroles avec revêtement abîmé, hotte grasse, micro ondes non nettoyé, serviettes rêches. Bruits de la rue.

Excelente experiencia!

Súper cómodo y amplio el departamento. Éramos 5 adultos, todo perfecto. El sofá cama estaba en perfectas condiciones. El anfitrión súper amable y flexible para el check in. Fuimos al centro histórico para entrar a la muralla en Uber, nos salió 9 euros. Luego volvimos caminando y fueron 25/30min aproximadamente. Lo súper recomiendo!!

Lo mejorsito de este arrendamiento es que esta en una zona tranquila, pero no consideraría que es la mejor ubicación para estar en Dubrovnik

El departamento no es nada como se pone en las fotos, las instalaciones viejas y el departamento un tanto sucio. La regadera ni siquiera esta empotrada en el muro, entonces es muy incomo ducharse. Parce que alguien vive ahí constantemente, había jabón intimo y rastrillos en la regadera, por lo que se siente muy antihigiénico y esta demás decir que las toallas parece que tienen 10 años de antigüedad.
