The apartment is 5 minutes from the beach and very close to restaurants. Melina was very helpful and kind. The apartment is clean and spacious and well equipped for cooking. Apartment had a washing machine and clothes line which was very useful for a 4 day stay. The apartment also had a tea kettle and an Italian coffee maker and big mugs for making tea / coffee. This was appreciated as some other apartments have very small mugs and no kettle. We didn’t need parking but Melina noted she has offsite parking if needed.

Location is optimal Owner was attentive
Apartment not very clean Kitchen equipement very poor (incomplete), fridge was not working Toilette seat (WC) broken Door to the terrace could not be closed properly Overall quality of furniture very poor and the flat would need full maintenance/renovation
