Very good location, delicious breakfast, very friendly friendly staff, clean and quiet hostel.

Comfortable, clean, close to everything. Great staff, great breakfast, thing was great! Beds are comfy and spacious, not squeaky, good AC. Showers are good and toilets feel clean. The included breakfast is gorgeous with multiple options to choose, even if you’re taking one of those 4am tours, they’ll leave the breakfast ready to go a night before. Staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Wifi is good as well! Close to cafes (BRB my fav), restaurants, warungs, ATM, etc.

Wifi speed slow, common spaces are limited and not cooled by air conditioning. There is an open courtyard inside the hostel, you will constantly be moving from cold to hot and hot to cold while "inside" the hostel. The lockers they give you don't always lock properly, you have to really be sure it's locked. The only place to stay cool in the hostel is in the the bedroom areas. Yogyakarta is generally very hot and humid so to be honest this was quite frustrating. Cleanliness was good overall but could be improved. The "pool" in the hostel is ankle deep and not really an added feature.
