Modern House is a service apartment situated on Model school road, Thousand lights. We 4 pax stayed there for 5N 6D. The unit we booked had 2 bedrooms, basic kitchen setup with all the utensils and gas oven and dining, refrigerator and one big washroom. Both the rooms had air conditioners. This property was very well maintained and clean. Staffs were also very good. The manager of this property, Irfan helped us to get early morning cab to airport as well. The usp of this property is its location. From market to bus stand to hospital everything is nearby. You will get a number of cafes and restaurants near this property for hanging out. Apollo hospital greams road is just 5 minutes walk from this property. You can easily get auto/bus/cab to visit Spencers plaza , Express avenue mall, marina beach etc from this location. I stayed here for my parents treatment and we had a good time 😊
I have a suggestion to include washing machine /laundry service as well in your apartment.
