Sotto I Sassi

L'appartamento è arredato con cura. Nella cucina sono presenti tutti gli utensili necessari e anche una piccola dotazione base (olio, sale, zucchero, caffè). I letti sono comodi. La struttura è molto pulita.

Il bagno è piccolo, con illuminazione scarsa. La zanzariera della camera da letto era rotta.

Deze fantastische plek midden in het natuurgebied met uitzicht op de rotsformatie mag je niet missen. Ook het eten van de bistro in de tuin met fruitbomen is een belevenis en van hoge kwaliteit. Matteo (de gastheer) heeft veel verstand van wijnen en olijfolie die je in zijn winkeltje kunt kopen. Het vakantiehuisje met twee slaapkamers is goed uitgerust en was in juli qua binnentemperatuur zonder airco wel te doen. Verder is het gratis gebruik van de wasmachine, droger en wasrek een goede service. Fijn dat wij na aankomst op zondagavond voor de volgende ochtend een ontbijtmandje tegen betaling konden krijgen.

De douchecabine in het huisje is wat aan de kleine kant; het toilet had kuren.

Breathtaking views along the way to the destination. Beautiful location and historical buildings, pleasant interior décor and smell, clean bed linen and bathroom. A wonderful, affectionate cat that greets guests and walks them to and from the parking lot.

This is a place for independent travelers; staff availability—even just to get a coffee at breakfast time—is a bit of an issue, and the cat, while very eager to help, unfortunately couldn't operate the coffee machine located behind the reception desk. The breakfast selection is strictly vegetarian and vegan; if you’re hoping for a wide array of regional cheeses or cold cuts, it’s best to stock up in nearby towns and have a picnic later by the rock. We chose this secluded spot hoping for peace and quiet, but it’s worth remembering that it is a working farm where daily chores—such as mowing, chainsaw work, and smoke treatments—take place in the orchard and yard. However, it would be helpful to warn guests to keep their windows closed if they want to avoid smoke getting into their rooms.

Breakfast available at weekends but upon request during the week. Good breakfast and coffee exceptional. Upon arrival we had welcome drinks and our hosts were charming. We ate dinner both nights and the menu had everything for all tastes - perhaps a grilled meat might be added. Seating locations varied all wonderful areas to sit in outside or inside. Very very relaxed venue and situation. Parking down a small hill so park up first to drop off luggage then go back down hill and park. Our two bed apartment had no lounge but very good for two nights or longer. The lounge was outside in the gardens! Our bathroom window perhaps needs a blind. Visit the local winery Terraquilla fabulous tour with Francesco and tasting with ham/cheese excellent value. Our hosts suggested good restaurants for lunch and nearby Zocca super traditional town.

Nothing it was such good value too.
