The living room looks very good and it's comfortable, there are nice balconies, the location of the apartment is good and Vinisce is perfect for having a calm holiday, the restaurants are nice and it's worth trying to buy fish from either the boats or from the two gentlemen, who were selling what they caught.
In the kitchen there weren't many plates, and sharp knives and nothing to be used for washing the dishes, not even for the dishwasher. The smaller room has bed that was very uncomfortable for me and it creaks very loudly after just lifting up my heand in it.
The owners don't speak any language except for Croatian. They have a cleaning lady and a bartender, who do speak English a bit, but not really good.

The owner was nice and help us two times. There was no cordless kettle so owner buy one. There was no kid bed and owner also help with it in 3 days but before our visit owner promise us that the bed will be present. The area is nice everything quite close the apartment. Nice view from the windows. You see the bay. Taras is big and comfortable (excluding the broken chairs and broken sofa)
During our vacation there were plenty of issues due to old equipment in apartment. Lighting, pipes from bathroom were blocked, water from air conditioning in the room. The photos from the apartment not correlate with reality. For example washing machine not present in house. The chairs in taras where completely broken. In the kitchen only cold water. Cleaness was not a strong point for sure. Beds sounds like 20 years old each move awake the kids. For sure they have 20 years. Walls dirty. Fridge and oven also old as hell. The owner do not know the English at all so it makes some problems quite often. The air conditioning only in the kitchen during the night is hot in the bedrooms.
