A pousada é super aconchegante. Cama maravilhosa. Cada detalhe é pensado. O café da manhã foi um dos melhores que já tomei. E a dedicação da Ana em nós deixar totalmente a vontade e excelente

Pousada Bocaina is more than just a place to stay—it’s a labor of love. Ana and Camila have transformed what was once abandoned into a peaceful, beautifully maintained retreat where every detail feels thoughtful and personal. Getting there is a bit of a journey—twists, turns, potholes, and narrow bridges—but it only adds to the sense of seclusion, while still being close enough to visit São Pedro da Serra and Lumiar during the day. The rooms are cozy and full of charm, especially with the nightly firewood and fireplace. Breakfast is exceptional, with homemade and locally sourced items, and the dinners (which you pre-order) were so good we ended up eating there every night—something we never do. What really makes this place unforgettable is the care Ana and Camila put into everything. You don’t just stay here—you feel it. I’ll be sharing photos from our stay, but even they don’t fully capture the warmth and atmosphere. This is something you have to experience for yourself.
