Im Grunde eine empfehlenswerte Wohnung.
Die Lage war perfekt. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung und der Parkplatz waren ebenfalls perfekt. Handtücher in doppelter Ausführung zum Wechsel nach der ersten Woche haben wir noch nicht allzu oft gehabt.
Ein Geschirrspüler ist nur sinnvoll, wenn auch genügend Geschirr vorhanden ist. Es gab 6 Tassen, aber nur 3 Untertassen. Außerdem nur 3 Frühstücksteller. Die teilweise notwendige Heizung lief nicht korrekt: Nachts geheizt, tagsüber keine Wirkung. Ausstattung des TV mit Internet war perfekt. Netflix angemeldet, und auch zeitversetztes fernsehen der gespeicherten Sender.

Die Lage war super und wir waren schnell am Meer sowie im Zentrum. Die Fahrräder konnten auch untergestellt werden 👍🏻. Tolle Radwege an der Ostsee entlang in beiden Richtungen.Alles im allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.
Die Küchentischplatte hätte etwas länger sein können.

Erholsame Tage verlebt
Nahe an der Promenade/Strand im EG gelegen. Eine modern, wenn auch etwas kühl eingerichtete Wohnung, mit einem Bad, dass sowohl Dusche als auch Wanne bietet. Die Küche beinhaltet alles was man zum zubereiten kleinerer Speisen benötigt.
Das Bett bzw. die Matratze hat die beste Zeit hinter sich und müsste zeitnah ausgetauscht werden, denn Urlaub beginnt mit einem guten Schlaf. Leider ist es auf Usedom mittlerweile fast zum Standard geworden, für den Pkw extra Stellplatzgebühren zahlen zu müssen. Man sollte sich mal überlegen wie viel Urlauber übrig blieben, wenn keine mehr ohne PKW anreisen würden.
