Ok for longer stays

Grateful as we needed somewhere to stay in a hurry on a tight budget, easy to find, plenty of parking. This place is more suitable for families or longer stays than one night. Lots of facilities, including stove and washing machine.

The extra charges for towels and sheets (15 euro each for a one night stay), along with a potential 50 euro cleaning fee, prevented us from relaxing. The charges are stated in the conditions but we had booked in an emergency due to being let down by our pre-booked accommodation.

Nice place close to the sea

Easy parking. Easy access. Good washing machine. Spacious. Pet friendly. Near to the sea. Close to nice walks.

The shower only worked partially. No basic essentials (tea, coffee, salt, sugar, washing powder etc.) Also towels and bedding were not included in price. Bad Wifi.

It was nice to be in France in great weather, if i were to book again i'd make sure I paid more for

easy to find, parking was good and easy, wifi worked ok (once host had reset the router the morning after we arrived), host was generally helpful and responsive and turned up promptly to let us in when I texted we'd arrived at 8pm. Property was clean and close enough (3 minute walk) to the beach. Damgan is a pleasant place and has most, if basic, facilities, and a useful Utile small supermarket. (As with most of france you can manage to park pretty much anywhere free).

Photos on main listing are all of the downstairs appartments with terrace, don't assume the "standard" one is like that, it isn't: It is an attic-style unit with velux windows, so pretty compact. The "mezzanine" is really only a platform suitable for storing a few boxes, and certainly not for sleeping in during a heatwave, besides which an adults' feet wedge against the ceiling opposite, so be careful what you book. There ARE specific photos of each individual appartment but only once you select one, so i guess that's partly our bad for not checking thoroughly. Most of the other guests seemed to only stay a few nights, which is fine, but it was pretty cramped for a week with a teenager, and the sofa bed isn't comfortable. If you don't smoke, you need to put the big pedestal fan on high, pointing out the window or you end up inhaling smoke from the downstairs guests - it was hot, so we had the windows open the whole time. Despite booking.com saying 'we speak your language', Mr Nasri only spoke french but he was kind enough to speak carefully so we had no problem communicating. The satelite TV didn't work at all, Mr Nasri spent a while trying, but it "Marchait Pas". The tv worked on broadcast, though. The fridge struggled with the heat, but it was 38 degrees.

Catastrophique pour l’utilisation de cette location

Confort innaproprié, vétuste à la limite du présentable , mériterait l’ inspection des services compétents , remises aux normes sanitaires , matelas a remplacés et escalier très dangereux et non conforme .

Bien situé proche du bord de mer Plus près de Penerf permet de faire une superbe ballade jusqu à Kervoyal voir plus sympathique Parking privé Studio sympa dans rue peu fréquentée mais aussi en septembre Code sur la porte ok

Je pensais avoir un acces direct sur l exterieur pour profiter , plus compliquer de sortir du logement Le systeme de code super mais près du mur lorsque l on tourne un peu juste

la situation est agréable , l'endroit est très calme.

La résidence est tranquille. l'emplacement est agréable . Le parking est appréciable .

la mezzanine est impraticable : on ne peut pas s'y tenir debout,2 matelas posés par terre , aucune aération, une chaleur étouffante, notre petit fils n'a pas pu coucher là-haut. le mobilier est vétuste. Il ne faut pas louer à l'étage !

Très bien pour des vacances reposantes

Maison avec un étage confortable, propre. Attention : Escalier très raide pour aller à l'étage. Petit jardin. Parking facile et tout proche. Animaux acceptés. Pas loin de la mer à pied. Quartier calme. Assez loin du centre avec commerces et restaurants : 30' à pied par bord de mer. Bien qu'en haute saison la ville est tranquille à vivre. Pas surpeuplé ni trop de voitures. L'idéal serait d'avoir des vélos et pas électriques car c'est tout plat. Cela ne semble pas être un endroit "à la mode" mais c'est plutôt mieux.

Bonne communication , les instructions d'entrée sont claires. Bonne situation , endroit calme.

Nous avions juste besoin d'une nuit mais sinon je n'y passerais pas 15 jours. l'appartement est sous les toits donc on ne peut pas s'y déplacer sans toucher les murs même dans la cuisine : c'est très vite pénible. Logement cher pour la prestation mais permet de passer une nuit s'il n'y a pas autre chose.

Propriétaire qui entre dans l'appartement sans avertir personne . Mobilier vétuste Linge de maison non fourni et averti seulement à l'entrée de l'appartement (le propriétaire fournit contre une 20 aine d'euros ce qui est exorbitant pour un drap housse et une taie d'oreiller...) Obligé d'attendre des heures que le ballon d'eau chaude chauffe car électricité coupé entre chaque location Repose éponge avec 3mm de saleté au fond Matelas à même le sol dans la mezzanine

L'emplacement

J'ai dû faire le ménage en arrivant il y avait des toiles d'araignée au sol(coins) et au plafond (velux) et des grosses. Le clic clac pas confortable,la douche d'époque la peinture les plaintes qui se décollent,la terrasse très sale,du sable encore sur le clic clac avec un plaid pour cacher. Des télécommandes sans piles et lorsqu'on contacte le propriétaire il nous dit d'aller demander aux voisins. J'ai dû prendre celle des volets du velux pour la télécommande de la tv. Car ce dernier ne pouvait rien faire. Est ce la retraite qui vous guette qui ne vous pas faire d'effort.tres déçu. Ps : je n'ai pas fait le ménage en partant. Pourtant, je suis maniaque mais là. Je n'allais pas le faire deux fois!!!

- logement sale (four, poubelle, égouttoir… douche) - équipement minimaliste et vieux - aspirateur qui vous laissera sourd! - une deuxième « chambre » sous un toit très pentu avec matelas à même le sol. - Bruyant - velux uniquement - très cher pour les prestations offertes Pour dépanner mais certainement pas pour y passer 1 semaine entière…

Très bon emplacement, à 500m de la plage, dans une rue très calme. Parking privé pour la voiture. Accueil agréable. Appartement propre. Cuisine bien équipée. Code pour la porte (pas de clé à emmener à la plage).

La deuxième "chambre" est une sous pente avec 2 matelas posés à même le sol. ça n'est pas évident sur les photos. On s'attendait à 2 vrais lits. On ne peut pas tenir debout dans cette "chambre" Cette sous pente est irrespirable (on ne peut pas mettre l'appareil de climatisation en route toute la nuit). Il n'y a pas d'aération possible. Odeurs désagréables dans la salle de bain.

Le logement est bien situé

La maison est très vétuste, plainte cassée cheminée descendu laissant passer l’air trou sous la baie vitrée volet roulant qui fonctionne un coup sur deux sèche serviette hs électricité vieillissante ménage approximatif joins de douche sale … il serai bon de préciser que l’étage est dangereux pour des petits enfants ( échelle de meunier et porte dans le vide)
