- The place is 150 meters from a very nice beach, the fact it is near makes it possible to go easily several times. - For children it may be one of the best beaches in the region as it offers some areas with shade as well. - There is a restaurant below the apartments, reasonably priced. - At the beach you can rent kayaks & pedalo boats (ones with slides are recommended). - The peninsula to the south is nice for a 20-30 minutes jog. On the other side of the peninsula you can rent a bike and either visit Kamenjak or the city. - The parking spots have a pergola with kiwi fruits growing over cars.
- The restaurant below the apartments is open from (from late afternoon) until midnight, so if you keep windows open you can hear people talking,

Чистотой апартаментов. Обслуживания на высшем уровне. Близость к морю. Наличие ресторана внизу в котором готовят отличные блюда по доступным ценам. Поэтому если лень готовить, то всегда можно поужинать там или заказать в номер.
Слышимость за стенами. Конечно когда соседи моют посуду или купаются все слышно. Но это не критично. Это лично моя особенность спать очень чутко.
