Casa grande Covelinhas

Absolutely beautiful views, huge home with a bathroom for every bedroom and extremely well equipped kitchen (even an outdoor kitchen). We loved sitting by the pool and friendly people in the town; highly recommend getting a bottle of the community port from the host's aunt! Parking in car port on property accommodated our two cars. We were ok with this but be aware that you do need to take small mountain road to reach the town

We had a little bit of trouble getting in contact with the host for check in but otherwise the host's aunt checked in with us during our stay and was very kind.

The host was amazing - apparently she is the owner's sister. Unfortunately we didn't speak Portuguese and she didn't speak English so we used google translate a lot! Charming town of 200 people who were very accommodating - especially our first nite preparing food just for us - I don't believe they were fully open yet . The apartment was spacious and clean with interesting decor. Had both washer and dryer which is unusual for Europe. Was too cold for the pool but we sat outside a lot. Stunning views of the surrounding area

Only complaint was the drive which could be a bit hair-raising for those not used to narrow windy roads - there is only one way in and out of the town

This house is absolutely excellent for a large group stay. We loved that each room had their own bathroom on-suite for privacy, each had their own air con and common areas were large and extremely well-equipped. The pool area and view are just glorious!!

There is nothing to not like!!! Everything brilliant

On a apprécié le côté ancien et moderne pour le confort de la maison. La piscine toujours chaude et un super espace avec une pelouse top et une vue magnifique. Parfait la climatisation dans toute les pièces car avec la chaleur de cette année c’était très agréable.
