The apartment is located very centrally, yet in a quiet street with lots of good options around. The apartment was big enough and received lots of sun during the day. Marjam is a great host and always reachable. I'd stay here again.

Apartment is very cozy, modern and clean, has lots of things you might need even small details, air-conditioning in both rooms, located on a quite street 10 mins walk from the very centre.
Unfortunately description was misleading - it states there's a sofa-bed in the living room which is not true. Sofa in the living room is not foldable and in the end we were offered narrow shaky folding bed (like the ones you use in campings) instead... This was disappointing and we could rent something better for same money. So if you're traveling not as a couple (do not plan to share bed in the bedroom) please keep in mind this flat would not be a good option.
